We deliver wide range of gifts and flowers to the city of Nikolaev, Ukraine ONLY. We do not process deliveries to other cities of Ukraine. So you are welcome to send flowers and gifts to Nikolaev, Ukraine via our company.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards and electronic cheques online via our official retailer 2checkout.com. We use secure SSL connection for credit cards' processing and actually do not have access to the credit cards' details of our customers because the final stage of transactions' processing is provided by 2checkout.com on their secure server. It may take up to 48 hours to process the credit card transaction and up to 14 days to process electronic cheque.
We accept payments made by the Western Union money transfer system. If you place an order using this payment method please follow the instructions which are sent to you after you placed an order.

Terms and conditions
Merchandise is delivered to the provided address in Nikolaev, Ukraine as soon as we get the confirmation from the fraud department of our official retailer 2checkout.com (if you place an order by credit card online), your payment is deposited by electronic cheque (up to 14 days) or as we get the payment from the Western Union agent (in case you pay by the Western Union money transfer system) unless you put the actual date of delivery at Text for Greeting Card, Phone number of recipient and Actual Date of Delivery section. It may take up to 48 hours. Please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance of actual date of delivery in case you pay by credit card or the Western Union and 14 days in case you pay by electronic cheque.
ATTENTION: please place your orders for ELECTRONICS by credit cards or the Western Union in 5 working days prior to the actual date of delivery.
It is strongly recommended to put the phone number of recipient at the Text for Greeting Card, Phone number of recipient and Actual Date of Delivery to avoid any delays with delivery. You can put there the actual date of delivery which can not be earlier than 2 days after you placed the order by credit card or teh Western Union money transfer or 14 days if you place your order by the electronic cheque.
The picture on delivery can be taken during the delivery and sent to customer by e-mail if the proper shipping method is selected and only if the recipient does not mind to be picture taken.

Money Back Guaranty
Please note that our company is not responsible for inaccurate information on recipient address, phone etc. Flowers are perishable products so please make sure you have correct postal address and phone number before you place an order.
We do refunds in all cases excluding:
- Inaccurate information on recipient which was the matter of order delivery delay caused eventual damage of perishable products.
- Recipient refused to accept merchandise from us for unknown reason.
- Customer placed an order and then decided to cancel it.
- The city or country for delivery is not Nikolaev, Ukraine.
- You have paid for picture on delivery but recipient did not allow to take the picture.
The payments made by the Western Union money transfer system can be refunded as well but the customer pays the transfer fee.
